Javed is currently the Chairman and Chief Mentor of Clover Infotech Pvt. Ltd. He is the founder of the Clover Group of companies and has established a strong presence for the Clover Group in areas such as:

- Real Estate Development – Clover Realty & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
- Renewable Energy – Clover Solar Pvt. Ltd.

Javed spearheaded the open-source revolution in India through a joint venture – Red Hat India with Red Hat Inc. in the year 2000 and expanded the company’s footprint across South Asia.

Education & Interests:
Javed is an MBA from the Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and is currently on its Board of Visitors and its India Regional Board. He was conferred with the “Alumni Impact Award” by Duke University in 2006.
He is an avid reader and enjoys horse riding, scuba diving, and golf in his free time.
