We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager – Oracle Products to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling Oracle products and solutions. Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for Oracle products and services in the US market.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Oracle solutions and address client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and provide regular updates to management on sales activities and progress.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position Oracle products and differentiate our solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our brand and expand our presence in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in selling Oracle products, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle’s product portfolio, including database, middleware, applications, and cloud services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business challenges, and position solutions accordingly.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering value and driving customer satisfaction.
