Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for Oracle products and services in the US market.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Oracle solutions and address client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and provide regular updates to management on sales activities and progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position Oracle products and differentiate our solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our brand and expand our presence in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in selling Oracle products, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of Oracle’s product portfolio, including database, middleware, applications, and cloud services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business challenges, and position solutions accordingly.
