Job Summary:

The Junior Fusion HCM Functional Consultant will support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. The role involves understanding HR business requirements, configuring HCM modules, and providing functional expertise to ensure the effective utilization of Fusion HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and customization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).
• Work closely with HR business users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and test Oracle Fusion HCM applications to meet HR business needs.
• Provide end-user support and training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
• Document HR business processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Participate in upgrade and enhancement projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Knowledge of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
