Job Summary:
Manage and oversee multiple projects across global clients, leading large teams to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget. Drive end-to-end project delivery, adhering to client methodologies and ensuring seamless project transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects and client engagements, leading large teams of 30+ resources.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery across global regions, ensuring alignment with client delivery standards and frameworks.
- Maintain project delivery within budget and time constraints, meeting required quality standards.
- Develop detailed estimates using established methodologies and templates.
- Create and manage project plans, handling interdependencies effectively.
- Monitor project status, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Produce forecasts for key metrics including resource allocation, effort, budget, and utilization.
Coordinate with support functions such as Finance, Network Support, and Resourcing to resolve issues and clear bottlenecks. - Ensure a smooth transition to Business As Usual (BAU) by coordinating with support and maintenance teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in managing PL/SQL projects.
- Experience in handling L1 and L2 support teams.
- Track record in delivering new requirements, developments, bug fixes, audit points, and ongoing activities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple support and development projects.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL and product development (preferred).
- Strong experience in client interaction, particularly with global clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the BFSI domain (preferred).
