Creation of CR for configuration changes on servers. Applying Security Patches. Creation of POA and roll back plans for any changes. To make configuration related changes. Migration and Upgradation of WebSphere and IBM/Apache http server. Creation and renewal of SSL Certificates. Integration of WebSphere with webserver IBM/Apache http server To Stop and Start the WebSphere Standalone and Cluster servers as per SOP. To monitor Heap size and check for the logs for out of Memory. To take thread dump and provide to concern person. Check for Middleware related OS parameters like disk space utilization, open files, Nproc and CPU utilization. Checking and closing tickets. Sharing of application related logs and files. Monitoring of IBM http server /Apache Http server or checking for any 500 or 404 errors. Sharing of Access and error related logs of WebSphere and IBM http server/apache http servers. Shadowing L2 engineer if any changes being made on servers.
