Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs, objectives, and pain points
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to bridge gaps and enhance communication
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Any Graduation
- Experience: 6+ years as a Business Analyst
- Domain Expertise: Strong experience in Commercial Insurance
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, and requirement documentation
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving
