We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Infor Visual ERP Solution Specialist as a system analyst to join our dynamic team based out of Greater Toronto Area in Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients’ Infor Visual ERP systems. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly Infor Visual, and the ability to assess, configure, customize, and troubleshoot as needed. The candidate would be based out of Clover office in Canada or at client site location.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Infor Visual ERP according to client requirements.
• Customize and enhance ERP functionalities to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Provide functional and technical support and troubleshooting for Infor Visual ERP users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP solutions with other business systems.
• Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 7+ years as an Infor Visual ERP Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Infor Visual ERP modules and functionalities. Should have knowledge and expertise on functional/technical of any 2 or more from the below domains/modules:
  • Procurement (P2P)
  • Inventory
  • Manufacturing
  • Plan Maintenance
  • Financials
• Well-versed with the application flow, screens, and the underlying configurations in Infor Visual ERP application.
• Understand the overall ERP architecture and backend tables, SQL and the data flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in Infor Visual ERP (preferred).
