Prior experience in Quality, IT service management system in an IT Industry.
Minimum 2 years quality system management Knowledge of business processes and application of quality management standards
Familiarity with implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 standards is desirable.
Experience in Monitoring, measuring, analyzing and evaluating Service management objectives.
Strong knowledge and experience to create Service Continuity Plan.
Risk Management for the IT Service management system.
Experience in capacity requirement, Service availability requirements and targets
ISO Documentation for organization’s IT Service management system
Attended Internal and External Audits.
Knowledge/Experience in CMMI will be an added value.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain ISO Documentation, controls and records for ISO 9001.
Waste Management – Strategy, Controls and Documentation
Conducting Internal audits and participating in External ISO Audits
Follow up on the Audit Findings Closures with respective process owners
Delivering ITIL and ITSM related trainings
Verifying ITSM related records
QMS and ITSM Risk Management
Conducting Project Consultation Reviews and Audit Readiness sessions.
Preparing Audit Reports & helping auditees to close them.
Gap Analysis of current QMS Management System
Fixing the gaps in the QMS Management System
Improvising QMS, EOHS, ITSM Documents and Controls
The candidate typically works in an office environment but may also spend time conducting field inspections and assessments in various work settings, e.g. office premises.
Base location is at Andheri, Mumbai (H.O.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ bachelor’s degree in any other stream from authorized university.
Professional certifications related to ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 20000-1:2018 (IT service management system (ITSM))
Strong knowledge of Quality, IT service management system, and best practices.
Excellent and assertive communication (Written & Spoken), interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
