Job Description:
- Should have total relevant experience in Oracle ERP (R12) of 4+ years in Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, Taxes, CM, FA) – Oracle R12
- Minimum Oracle EBS experience in Finance out of total experience is 4 years.
- Responsible for handling production configurations, providing functional solutions, supporting period close activities & resolve related issues.
- System Maintenance & Optimization: Ensure proper system functioning, oversee daily maintenance, and coordinate with teams (Operations Director, ST Engineering, subcontractors, Oracle PS) for optimal support.
- Team & Support Management: Manage support engineers and Oracle PS team, handle SRs, and strategize maintenance planning and implementation.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day operations, inspect maintenance activities, and ensure efficient support execution.
- Must be a good team player.
- Preference to candidates with Certification in Oracle EBS.
- Must be good & clear with financial accounting concepts & flows.
- Should have worked with multiple clients and have understanding of setups & configurations in all finance modules so as to support & debug related issues.
- Must have good debugging & troubleshooting skills.
- Must have worked in L2-L3 support model, must resolve tickets within SLA provided by client, must be conversant with ticket handling tools (eg. ManageEngine, ServiceNow etc).
- Ability to communicate with Business users on Business processes is a must.
- Should have experience of working in APAC region.
- Should be ready to Join immediately or within 30 days.
- Should be ready to work from Office.
- Should be willing to work in different time zone.
- Should work in collaboration with technical team, DBA team & other related teams.
- Ready to Travel as required & has valid passport.
- Should be able to Train and Mentor team in Oracle EBS.
Qualifications & Skills:
CA / ICWA / MBA – Finance.
