3-12 years’ experience working in Oracle HCM Modules, Completed at least 2 to 5 full HCM Oracle Cloud project implementations.
Having Competencies on Core HCM Modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits)
Proficiency in configuring various modules of Oracle Fusion HCM.
Nice to Have-Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting tools within Oracle Fusion HCM.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
