Job Summary
The Senior Executive – Quality & Process Auditor will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety (EOHS) standards. This position involves auditing processes, ensuring compliance with ISO and ITIL standards, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement in environmental sustainability and resource conservation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and prepare the organization for external QMS (ISO 9001), EOHS (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) audits.
- Monitor, measure, analyze, and evaluate consumption of natural resources and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
- Contribute to the implementation, enhancement, and documentation of Quality and EOHS Management Systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, environmental audits, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate on resource conservation programs and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Prepare detailed reports, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on quality, environmental, and safety standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any other discipline from a recognized university.
- Professional certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/IMS, and ITIL are mandatory.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in quality, environmental management, occupational health & safety, ITIL, or related fields in the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience in conducting environmental audits, risk assessments, and ISO-related documentation.
- Experience with GHG emission monitoring, natural resource conservation programs, and QMS/EOHS enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, ITIL, and best practices.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and data analysis for monitoring and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with assertive interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
