Job Summary:
The Senior Fusion HCM Functional Consultant will lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. This role requires deep functional expertise, project management skills, and the ability to guide junior consultants and HR business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and customization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).
- Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Configure and test Oracle Fusion HCM applications, ensuring they meet HR business requirements.
- Provide expert-level support and training to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues.
- Document HR business processes, configurations, and workflows.
- Manage upgrade and enhancement projects.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- In-depth knowledge of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
