Azim has been successfully running the Finance, Legal, Administration, and Marketing functions of Clover Realty & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. for the past 30 years. He has a strong background and experience in corporate finance and management, especially in the Construction and Real Estate Industry for more than 30 years. He has been a Director in the Clover Group of construction companies which has completed more than 2 million sq. ft. of Real Estate Development across various locations in Mumbai, Pune, Khandala, Alibag, etc.

He was a Co-promoter and Director of a specialized chemical company – Diam Organic Industries Pvt. Ltd. Diam was set up in 1989 to manufacture Glycol Ethers and their blends, used in paints, printing inks and brake fluid manufacturing industries. He exited the company in 2011.

His interests include Philanthropy and Charitable Activities. He is a Trustee of the Tapia Family Charitable Trust which provides assistance in the fields of Education, Medical Treatment and Poverty Relief to various NGO’s, Hospitals, Schools, Orphanages, and Old Age Homes in and around Mumbai.

Azim has completed his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Cornell University, New York after obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai. He also has a certificate in Family Business Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
