Farokh is a Commerce & Law Graduate from Mumbai University with over 40 years of experience in Banking and Finance. He has worked with Nationalized, Co-operative and Foreign Banks in India, London, Miami, and South America. 

Farokh retired in 2009 as the Managing Director from The Zoroastrian Co-operative Bank Ltd., Mumbai and has since been on the Board of Clover Group Companies. He is also the Chairman of the CSR Committee of Clover Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Farokh is also on the Board of Directors of three listed companies and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of these three companies.

He has attended a 3-month full time course in Spanish language from Berlitz International School, Valencia, Spain.
